This makes zoning and laying out roads a snap and fun. The touch screen's response to the stylus is very accurate. The University building is available from the get go, rather than needing to be earned through a high EQ. This makes water expensive to add after-the-fact because you simply cannot dig down to find water here. Understand? Seems that only buildings built far away (airport) need an expanse of power lines connected to them because of their high pollution. Power is distributed to buildings that are adjacent to roads that are adjacent to buildings with power. Electricity is necessary but powerlines are.sort of.not. Water travels where ever roads have been laid, and so long as a pump is connected to that road. Water is necessary but water pipes are not.

Must start at 1900 instead of being able to choose your start date. This game has been compared to SimCity 3000 and for good reason, it's quite similar, but it has been dummied down quite more than I thought it would be. Well, this is going to be some good fun in the long and short run.
